As a therapist working with a range of concerns from anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and beyond, I had often wished there was something (aside from medications) that could help my clients improve their symptoms, discomfort and distress while working through the psychotherapy process. I discovered NeuroFeedback as a modality a few years after being in practice while working with an innovative wellness based facility in 2015. When I saw first hand how broad and effective its impact was on such a range of concerns, I knew I wanted to offer it to my clients. In 2017 I introduced neurofeedback to my clinical private practice clients. After continuing to see remarkable benefit from neurotherapy over the next several years, I wanted to offer this service to clients outside of my practice who may be working with another therapist or seeking an alternative approach to feeling and functioning better.

In 2021, Emerald Coast NeuroFeedback opened an office in Pensacola to serve clients in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. In 2022, Emerald Coast NeuroFeedback opened a second location in Ft Walton Beach to serve those in Okaloosa County. Whether as an adjunct to psychotherapy or a stand alone training NeuroFeedback offers an opportunity for lasting change.

A licensed therapist does a thorough evaluation of your symptoms and goals, then combines this data with state of the art software to generate a customized neurofeedback plan. During neurofeedback sessions we provide computer based EEG feedback (via auditory and visual feedback) to train the brain to move out of the states that are creating symptoms and into the states associated with your goals. The process easy; you simply sit, listen and watch.

Whether you are looking to achieve relief from anxiety, feelings of depression, ADHD or a range of other mental health concerns, neurofeedback therapy can help optimize your brain to think and feel better without medication. Our EEG feedback offers a safe and effective therapy to help increase focus and memory or enhance performance in your work, art, or sport.
